Irish Life's Every Step Counts Challenge, which was a huge success last year, is back again for 2022.

The initiative is designed to encourage everybody to be more active over the coming weeks and months.

All you need to do is download the My Life app, enter your details, join the Leinster GAA Every Step Counts Challenge and select Longwood GAA.

The challenge was embraced by our community last year and we are hopeful that as many as possible will get involved again this time around. In addition to our New Year resolutions, this is a great incentive for us all to get out and walk as often as we can. Good for the body and the mind.

As an added bonus, in each province there are 3 O'Neills vouchers up for grabs - €2,500, €1,500 & €1,000. Any club whose members reach a collective target of walking 4,000km between January 19th and February 23rd will be entered into the prize draw in their province.
