Best "team player" you have played with
Sean Coloe – no bullshit player, always gives 110% on the pitch, in training and games.
Biggest sporting influence
The Ennis family as a whole. Was brought up with the GAA, was and is a massive part of the Ennis’s, always want to do my family proud. Especially my direct family – PJ, Ann, Stephen, Garry and Ashling.
GAA Player you most admire
Enda Dixon. Still going strong and loves Longwood GAA to the core. Have always looked up to him and when he talks, you listen. Plus he’s the chairman now, so have to be nice 😜
Sporting Hero (Non GAA)
Roy Keane. One of the few ex-players where everyone shuts up and listens when he talks. And always wanted to win, hated losing, like myself.
Advice to young players
Don’t look any further than your own club and team-mates, for inspiration, tips, wanting to win, learning to lose, but most of all to play along with your best friends, you can’t beat that. It’s a joy
