While we are now in mid-December and most of us are focussing on Christmas shopping, the GAA season is not quite over.

Longwood/Killyon's hurlers face a formidable Trim team in the Final of the U21 Hurling Championship this Saturday afternoon.

Throw-in is scheduled for 1.30 p.m. and the game takes place in Trim.

So come out and support the boys in the final - here's hoping we can end the year on a high note!
