After weeks of preparation by our hard-working Executive and members, Longwood's GAA teams, juvenile and adult, returned to the training fields this week. Our Nursery and LGFA teams will return in the near future.

Longwood GAA & LGFA have taken our responsibilities very seriously. All players (parents in the case of Juvenile players) have completed (i) an eLearning Module and (ii) a Health Questionnaire in advance of the return to training. They will continue to Re-Confirm their health status prior to every training session/game over the coming weeks.

Covid supervisors have volunteered to help out with all teams.

Numerous hand sanitisers have been installed around our club grounds.

Footballs, sliotars and training equipment will be disinfected after every training session.

We wish all our players and coaches well as they get back to playing the games they love so much. We thank all the parents who have co-operated so strongly in recent weeks.

As we move forward, we must all remain vigilant and continue to do everything we can to make sure that our club grounds provide a safe environment for players, coaches and supporters.

Fingers crossed we have an exciting few months ahead for our club.
