Following on from Longwood's draw with Kildalkey on Thursday last, the 3rd round of the Senior Hurling concluded this evening with wins for Ratoath and defending champions Kiltale.

Longwood sit in third place in the table thanks to the fact that they possess a slightly better scoring difference than Kildalkey. With fixtures against Ratoath and Dunboyne still to come, everything is still up for grabs. The boys have control of their own destiny and have every chance of reaching the knock-out stages of the championship. It won't be easy but anything worthwhile rarely is.
